We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Shipping fees paid during the original purchase (if any) are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, there are no refunds for cancellation of your order. In the event that The Paper House Co suspends or terminates this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any credits, or licenses.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
